Overview
Yobi is a business communication and AI-agent platform designed to centralize customer interactions across phone, messaging, website chat, and social channels. Its current platform focuses on AI agents, customer communication, workflow automation, and team collaboration.
In my hands-on test, I went through the business setup and communication workflow, including the account setup process, importing client contacts, adding employees, and bringing business communications into one location. I also looked at the workflow for using a Yobi phone number and communicating with customers through calls, SMS, and social media.
The workflow is centered around keeping customer conversations accessible from a single place rather than having staff track conversations across separate systems. The walkthrough also shows Yobi being used across phone, laptop, and tablet workflows, which fits the platform’s broader multi-device approach. The current help documentation confirms mobile access through Android and iOS apps.
What stood out to me was the emphasis on centralized communication. Yobi is particularly relevant for businesses that need to manage customer calls and messages while allowing multiple employees to work from the same communication environment.
Yobi now also offers AI Studio for building custom AI agents, along with voice agents, CRM functionality, workflows, and additional communication channels. Those newer capabilities were not part of my hands-on test and should be evaluated separately before relying on them for a particular business workflow.
